LM-203 is a production management monitoring equipment using a PC. It shows productions line's current situation on the monitor categorized by color. By recognizing production line's advance/latency by numbers and colors, it enables easier recognition, helping everybody understand the current situation. Advance/latency is expressed by changing the background color of the actual count value. Color is chosen according to the difference between schedule/actual. It can be used up to 4 point's management, work rotation, sudden change of work shifts. Optionally it can generate management charts such as daily work reports and graphs, and can also be used to analyze day's work. The PC can also be used for other purposes such as word processing, and the CRT can also be used as a TV. This system aids not only production management but also the workplace's office automation and fringe benefits for the worker.
