TW-100
TW-100 sorts the screw which transported with a belt in OK and NG by image inspection of a top & side camera.
- A side camera measures height of a head, axis length, pitch, outer diameter, groove diameter of a screw. A top camera inspects form, diameter of the head and color.
- The screw which inspected sorts it in OK and NG by air. And confirm them with an exit sensor.
- Screw exchange preparation time is about 1 second. Choose screw size of touch panel and change an interval of a transfer belt automatically.
