Principle

How to use

1. Put the chip part on the circuit board coated with cream solder and place them on the working board (attached).
2. Make POWER switch ON and the lamp lights up dimly.
3. Set the timer to 1 - 2 seconds.
4. Place the working board on the table making the dim light a guide for focusing.
5. Press START switch and the lamp lights up enabling to solder within 5 mm of the focus.
6. Set the next point moving the working board by hand and repeat the process in (5)

Irradiation time

• Printed board (glass-epoxy and other): 1 point = 1 - 1.5 seconds.
• Alumina-ceramic board: 1 point = about 6 - 12 seconds.
  In case the above is preheated at 100°C: 1 point = about 1.5 - 2 seconds.
