RF-330

The RF-330 is a far-infrared table-top reflow soldering machine. It can reflow solder in 2-3 minutes all parts from 10×10mm H-IC boards to large-size 300×300mm SMT boards, just by loading them on the conveyer, and anything from chip parts to QFP or BGA. Being a table-top model, there is no need to choose a fixed location, and it is suitable for anything from experimental work and research to mass production.

• As it is a table-top model requiring a power supply of single-phase AC200V(120V/220V), there is no need to select a fixed location.
• Can reflow solder anything from 10×10mm H-IC boards to large-size 300×300mm SMT boards.
• Preheat and reflow zones are both equipped with microcomputer PID digital temperature control, so a stable temperature profile is assured.
• Reflow zone is equipped with a window to allow observation of progress of reflow soldering.
